Step 1: Fill out Online Form

You will get a response from one of our owners when you fill out our online form. Then, provide information that will help us understand what you're looking for. We respond within 24-72 hours to talk more and schedule an estimate.

Step 2: On-Site Consultation

To provide you with the best and accurate quote, we need to see your outdoor living space. During the consultation, we will gather information and provide suggestions. This includes discussions about specific features and materials, budget, and timeframe. During your consultation, you will be quoted the best cost of your project. It's important to discuss all information within the home to have a discussion about the budget before our consultations.

Step 3: Quote and Signing Agreement

We will provide the quote and agreement for you to sign through email. We'll take a deposit to get you on the list and provide you with a start date depending on our schedule . You will receive daily updates letting you know if we are still running behind or ahead of schedule.

Step 4: Install

Upon starting, we'll introduce you to the crew and discuss how you prefer for us to communicate with you during the whole project. Because concrete and hardscape projects are physically demanding, heavy equipment might be used during the time of the project. (Before installation, 811 will be called to mark any utility line if it’s in the way of our project so therefore we do not disturb any line or if needed it can be rerouted.)

Step 5: Final Walk-Around and Maintenance

Once we complete the project, we'll collect the final payment, and we'll walk around the project to make sure everything came out perfect and discuss any warranties and if any maintenance is needed.
